the Executive Division is Division 7. The LRH Communicator is in charge of the Division. It consists of three departments. The third department is the Office of the Organization Executive Secretary, Department 19. It is in the charge of the Org Exec Sec Coordinator. (HCO PL 2 Aug 65)
