A Scientology organization is usually composed of seven or nine divisions, each having distinct functions. There are commonly three departments in each division. As an example, the Technical Division (Div 4) contains the Dept of Technical Services (Dept 10), Dept of Training (Dept 11) and the Dept of Processing (Dept 12). A divisional secretary heads each division. The Technical Secretary (Tech Sec) heads the Technical Division. See also Note under Org Exec Sec.
