(Dissemination Aide) I expect these things from CS-2, quite in addition to "regular duties"(a) to see that registration outnesses and unrealities do not occur and that registrars are functional, busy and effective and on policy and that squirrel registration does not occur,(b) to keep books flooding out,(c) to keep central files and addresses up-to-date, properly tabbed and in use,(d) to keep the money flooding in.
