a shortened form of the United Nations World Health Organization Technical Report Series No. 98, written in July 1955 and entitled "Legislation Affecting Psychiatric Treatment." It was written by the World Health Organization and contained the collective views of an international group of "supposed" authorities on such things as psychiatric services, legislation, categories of patients, etc.
