TRUE GROUP

could be defined as one which has(a) a theta goal,(b) an active and skilled management working only in the service of the group to accomplish the theta goal and(c) participant members who fully contribute to the group and its goals and who are contributed to by the group; and which has high ARC between goal and management, management and group, group and goal.
