(organization rudiment) Admin: arrange open evenings, future events and special courses. Hat check all additional personnel and units not reached in these rudiments and get their hats and jobs in order. Tech: interview Academy students to see that they are actually learning something worthwhile. Examine two or three at random, talk to many. Try to shorten up their length of time on course and extend their knowledge, reversing any tendency to lengthen time on course and shorten knowledge. (HCO PL 11 Dec 61RA)
