Any person who, while active in Scientology or a preclear, remains connected to a Suppressive Person or Group. (A person “roller coasters”, i.e., gets better, then worse, etc., only when connected to a Suppressive Person or Group, and in order to cease roller coastering must receive processing intended to handle such.)
