PETTY OFFICERS' CONFERENCE

there will be a Petty Officers' Conference on the org board under HCO conferences section, Dept 20, Div 7, which will convene once every week. It will be headed by an elected chairman and secretary with two deputies each, one on port and one on starboard. The purpose of this group will be to hold the command line and back up the ship's officers. It shall employ a target board for its projects which is posted in the petty officers' mess and facilities must be available for such. (FO 1682)
