(Division 3 stat) includes all creditor bills paid, staff salaries paid, FSM commissions providing that they are paid within one week of routing form origination, 5% to WW and any payments to Pubs Orgs. Does not include payments to other orgs or against management bills. (BPL 11 Aug 75 III)
