The program is designed so that people can operate and run Dn freely. Dianeticists are given a free reign to expand and operate on this planet everywhere. There are no stops or limitations. Dianetic Counseling Groups do not pay 10% to WW or Scn orgs. There are no titles for Dianetic Counseling Groups, its income is its own.
