DEPARTMENT OF ROUTING, APPEARANCES, AND PERSONNEL

1. Dept 1, Division 1. It sees that the org has a good clear appearance. Sees that personnel are properly dressed, well-conducted and give the org a good tone. Requires reception to make known free introductory lectures to all callers. Has books on display at reception. Controls public notice boards of the org and makes sure they also feature org services available. Routes people swiftly and accurately to the required services.
