DEPARTMENT OF FIELD RECRUIT- MENT, ESTABLISHMENT AND RECORDS

Department 22, Division 8, Distribution Division. Recruits, appoints and establishes FSMs, groups and franchises. Registers franchise center names. Finds and encourages the formation of Scn groups and registers them and offers certificates. Recruits field staff members to get pcs and students into the org and collect past debts.
