DEPARTMENT OF EXPANSION

Department 23, Division 8, Distribution Division. It contains a Franchise Expansion Section, Franchise Development Section, Franchise Relations Section, Dianetic Counseling Groups Section and Special Programs Section. Note: the franchise sections in this department do not control local franchises. They are to make new franchises and ensure good relations with all local franchises.
