the Letter
Reg actually registers. This is done by getting people to schedule
courses and intensives. For
example, on a questionnaire,
Bill says he someday wants to be
trained, one intensifies this with when and gently coaxes
Bill to say "next year" and then coaxes
Bill in a next letter to say when next year. So
Bill does and it becomes a
fact and the
Letter Registrar registers
Bill on her book of letter
scheduling. Such a book is best if heavy paper
loose leaf, very heavy binding and snap
ring for
page removal and replacement. Thus such a book can have a
page removed for a
copy machine to
copy, the
page replaced and the
copy sent on with no other
work. One week can be one
page or several pages if it goes to many students and
PCs. One can keep the
right side of the
open double
page for students and the
left side for
preclears and the week at the top of each
page. Thus one can put a
lot of
PCs and students in it if it's big enough and can see week by week for months and even a year what is coming.
