WRAPPED AROUND A TELEGRAPH POLE

Slang. the pc who has been so poorly audited that "auditing" has created a charged up condition on the case or the individual is so restimulated in his environment that the same condition occurs. In both cases the charge which has been restimulated causes the person to get wrapped up in his case resulting in severe upset and dispersal. Taken from U.S. West where a tangled up man in a confused condition was likened to aperson, horse or cow who had run into a telegraph pole and gotten wrapped around it.
