a rail paralleling the ordinary rails of a railroad. It carries a powerful electric current and is used on some railroads instead of a n overhead wire. is a special form of factual havingness. Commands and position: are the same as in factual havingness. However the commands are run in a special ratio ol: 8 commands of "vanish," 2 commands of "continue" and 1 command of "have."
