a rail paralleling the ordinary rails of a railroad. It carries a powerful electric current and is used on some railroads instead of a n overhead wire. is a special form of factual havingness. Commands and position: are the same as in factual havingness. However the commands are run in a special ratio ol: 8 commands of "vanish," 2 commands of "continue" and 1 command of "have." Purpose: to remedy extreme conditions of not-isness, to remedy obsessive waste, to permit use of the process without bogging preclear in any one of the commands. (HCOB 3 Jul 59)
