CIC will contain a desk with pens, paper and
message forms openly available so that
personnel can
sit down and write any -suggestions they have, incomplete cycles noted, on
telex messages. They will
place the suggestion etc., in the basket which will be on the desk. This
area will be called suggestions center and should be designated as such.
