some person or some thing whose name is not mentioned or not known. He's not going to answer up to any sweetness and light, but he will answer up to one of these two questions: "What have we done wrong?" and after he answers that and writes back a floody letter, send him out one that simply says, "Dear Joe, What have you done wrong?" signed so-and-so.
