Administrator. This means that acquisitions of new
personnel and dismissal of

Administrator.
Personnel actions by

SLR Ltd. must be referred to the Saint Hill
Administrator. The Saint Hill
Administrator may take
independent action on any
personnel in the interests of
efficiency or
