(also called the reactive mind) that portion of the mind which works on a totally stimulus-response basis (given a certain stimulus it will automatically give a certain response) which is not under a person's volitional control and which exerts force and the power of command over his awareness, purposes, thoughts, body and actions. that portion of a person's mind which works on a totally stimulus-response basis, which is not under his volitional control and which exerts force and the power of command over his awareness, purposes, thoughts, body and actions. The reactive bank is where engrams are stored. Also called the reactive mind. A Registrar has to be able to take responsibility for every reactive bank in the entire country.
