(Div 6) a Purpose Officer should be appointed in Department 15 to ascertain that the purposes of all Sea Org hats are being followed, to mock-up any new purposes if old ones seem inadequate and mock-up new posts and their purposes to help expand the future activities of the Sea Org. (FO 936)
