Chief consist of keeping tally on
targets and doing assemblies of compliances, nudging missing
items and generally working from a targetted
pgm to get it
completed; that is to say in full
final form each
target,
target by
target so that at the end one has a
completed pgm with no holes in it of any kind. Advising the status of a
target or any
bug in it is also a duty. Debugging a
target that seems slow is a duty. Pgms Chiefs have the additional duties of getting in reports, answering reports and doing evals when
aides don't provide pgms.

stats of that
org, like the
ED, but is also responsible for getting programs executed.
