This badge consists of a 3" x 2" white card with the lettering neatly printed on it in black, preferably sheathed in plastic. It is to be issued to the PC and pinned noticeably on a lapel, breast pocket or similarplace by PCadministrator at the commencement of his powerprocessingcycle and collected back when he completes.
