PERSONNEL POINTS STAT

(HCO GDS) the personnel points stat consists of: total number of points for all org personnel from categories, (i.e. Staff Status II = 3 points, Class IV = 10 points, Clear = 20 points) minus, for Class IV Orgs, -5 points for each non-contracted staff, for AO/SH Orgs -10 points for each non-SO contracted staff.
