permanent status a
provisional
must
obtain
his or her
basic
staff
certificate

units
and will be in the
future
taken on only at a
staff meeting
by a majority
vote
. The status of permanent
staff member
shall be granted only upon majority
vote
at a
staff meeting
and is then dismissible only upon majority

staff meeting
or by a unanimous
vote
of the
Advisory Committee
, both
subject
to further appeal and approval by the
Association Secretary
and the
Agent
for Great Britain.
