1. sees that orgs, staff, and materiel are secure from legal entanglements, internal infiltration, suppressive ethics and legal attacks. Sees that justice reviews and rulings are handled quickly and justly. Sees that justice trained Ethics Officers are on post in orgs and a high public image of Scn justice exists. (CBO 39) 2.
