org may veto and deny the
issue of any
exec sec or
secretary instruction,
order or
SEC ED that is contrary to
policy or
technology. The
LRH Comm may cancel
verbal tech instructions or advices and verbal breaches of
policy. An
LRH Comm may reject
magazines or mailing pieces which do not conform to
policy. An
LRH Comm may
halt the
use of unauthorized material or
technology.
