HUBBARDADMINISTRATOR CERTIFICATE

1. issued to(1) any staff member, currently on staff, who does not qualify for a Hubbard Executive Certificate; or(2) any person who has previously worked on the staff of a Scn organization no matter how briefly who does not qualify for a Hubbard Executive Certificate. (HCO PL 16 Jun 64) 2. certificate issued to properly qualified persons who have served two or more years on the staff of an HCO or Scn organization in the Administrative Division and who have passed the required examination; or who have successfully completed a course in administration given by a Scn organization.
