HCO CONTINENTAL COMMITTEE OF EVIDENCE

the Convening Authority is the HCO Continental Secretary. It handles matters relating to any Scn executives in a whole continental zone. It investigates any cases referred to it by the WW Committee of Evidence and reviews any lower HCO Committees of Evidence in its zone when necessary or so requested. (HCO PL 7 Sept 63)
