HAT FOLDER

there are three classes of folders permanently assigned to each staff member of HCO and the central org. The first of these is a hat folder. In it should be included only the hat write-up and policies issued which directly relate to the individual post. The second of these is a technical folder into which one places all technical bulletins issued. These must never be put in one's hat folder. The third of these is an organizational folder. All bulletins and policy letters relating to one's job but only by reason of being a staff member are included in this folder. WO PL 15 Sept 59)
