of bringing him to a

(what occurs when a person separates from his
reactive mind

consists of twenty-three
processes
, each of which is

in
sequence
to full end result. A person who completes
Grade Zero
is a
Communications Release
and has gained the
ability
to communicate freely with anyone on any
subject
.
This begins some
time
ago when, with horror, I found out they had lost all of
Expanded Lower Grades
.
