FRU TIP

an individual program is written up for each FRU member for handling the requirements for Flag that are out per his GO 824. This program is simply a TIP of what he needs to do to become eligible to go to Flag. Each FRU member should be able to complete his TTIP within a month. (FO 3466R-2)
