FLAG SERVICE CONSULTANT NETWORK

FSCs are now Public Division registrars for Flag. The FSC Network is under the FSC International which is under the Distribution Secretary Flag in Div 6. Anyone who has bought from other orgs is Flag Div 6 public. At least two FSCs should be on post in any FOLO. One more traveling, one more at FOLO. (FO 3666)
