EXPENSE SUM

1. this is the cost of all Flag expenses on board or elsewhere for FSO, FB and other Flag activities. Refund/Repayment/FSM Commissions are paid off the top of the allocation. (FSO 667 RQ 2. 25% of the Allocation Sum plus the CBT sum less 12 1/2% of CBT. (HASI PL 19 Apr 57)
