class
of his
org
, has a
uniform
record of
case supervision
. His posts and duties are those of a
Senior Case Supervisor
but extend to all the
field
of his
area
including
missions
, and he has the
power
to suspend
certificates
,
order
retraining
or retreading or
internship
or re-
internship
for all Auditors of his
area
of whatever
class
whether
staff
or not and may only be overruled or personally disciplined by the
Guardian
Office
or a
member
of the
International Board
after due hearings and formal
ethics
. This
certificate
requires the
final
authorization by External
HCO
Bureau
, Authorization and Verifications
Unit
and
CS
-4 or
CS
-5.
