the Convening Authority is the Continental Director. It handles matters relating to any Sen executive in a continental zone. It investigates any matter requested of it by the WW Committee of Evidence and reviews any lower organization Committee of Evidence matters or cases in its zone. (HCO PL 7 Sept 63)
