CHECKOUT MINI COURSE

this course is a pre-requisite to all major Scn and Dn. training courses. At Flag it was found that these policies were not being applied in the field in some cases, resulting in a loss of ability to apply Scn technology. The course should take about 2 hours. The end result of the course is the ability to do a standard starrate checkout and the knowledge of what happens when those policies are not applied. (HCO PL 5 Mar 71)
