Now, all of your communication to the bureau should go through a Bureau Liaison Officer and all the communication from a bureau should go to the Bureau Liaison Officer. At the moment he doublehats also as LRH Comm. The Bureaux Liaison Officer (in the LRH Comm Dept) is the one channel to CLOs which are the one channel of command for orgs.
