(Flag) the purpose of the Distribution Bureau (Bureau 6) is: to help LRH distribute Scn by putting Scn orgs in every spot of the globe such that every conceivable geographical area is totally covered. The valuable final product of Bureau 6 is: new orgs. (FBDL 443) 2. a bureau in the FB that manages FOLO Tours Orgs, groups, missions and creates new orgs as well as public surveys and campaigns.
