BONUS SUM

(Flag) all monies remaining from the delivery sum up to a ceiling of $55,000 in any week once reserves and expenses have been covered and all debts to org payments or reserves have been paid and all Flag bills have been paid and Flag is in good operating condition, serve as FSO bonuses with 1/2 bonus, per quad bonus system, going to Commodore's Staff, Personal Office of LRH and Office of the Controller. With a new ship or shore installation afforded and income materially increased and paid for the $55,000 ceiling can be raised. (FSO 667RC)
