BOARD OF APPEAL

1. the Board's duties consist of correcting any false reports, false accusations and third party activities which have been detrimental to the repute of the individual or harmful to his well being. The Board is to meet every Friday in the early afternoon each week. The Board will issue its findings on a weekly basis and these shall have the force of ethics orders. The membership of the board shall consist of a chairman of officer rank, a secretary and from one to three members. This membership shall be appointed by the Commanding Officer, the Captain or Deputy Captain of an AO, OTL, ship or SO unit. (FO 2024) 2. This is separate from the OTL Last Court of Appeal which handles any Scientologist or Sea Org member. The Board of Appeal only handles cases within its own ship or SO unit. (FO 2350)
