BLUE INVOICE

1. blue debit and credit invoices are kept in the Department of Income for collection purposes. Blue not debit or credit invoices are routed to address and then CF. (Invoice routing for all orgs except Saint Hill.) (HCO PL 16 Feb 66) 2. invoice copy distributed to the Department of Records, Assets and Materiel for record purposes (Saint Hill only). (Saint Hill invoice routing) the additional set of invoices which are separated and used for income analysis by separating into income types is the blue set and are placed in the folder with the green invoices and bank deposit records at the end of each week.
