BLAMINGMEST

I have noticed that, when personnel have been careless or incompetent to repair, they blame the MEST. This is usually an effort to "get off the hook" and cover up lack of skill or industry. Given good equipment to begin with, beware of alarming tales on how it won't work. It will if competently handled. (FO 14)
