ARC BROKEN FIELD

a "field" ARC breaks when you don'ttake an interest in individuals. Failure to comm to people, failure to lead them upward, failure to handle their upsets or get flubs repaired all lead to ARC broken field. If you don't do the basic usual case and training actions, if you ignore those people, if you don't write to them and care what happens to them you will ARC break them. (LRH ED 145 INT)
