all communications to any aide from any terminals other than staff must be routed via that aide's communicator. The Aide's Communicator sorts out all dev-t and handles as per dev-t policy. All out-going comms from aides to terminals other than staff go via the Aide's Communicator for logging orders. (FO 1548)
