AC-2 FORM

the AC-1 form does not apply to an AO, SH, FOLO, Estates Org or any non-service org. These orgs will use the AC-2 form. The AC-2 form follows the AC-1 form exactly except that the management bills payment does not conform to the scale laid out for the AC-1 and the allocation of the proportionate amount is not per the percentages given.
